Farm Holidays "Cipollone" is situated in the immediate vicinities of Montefiascone and is placed between the "Fosso of the Cipollone" (from which it takes the name) and the "Fosso of the Sambuco", where can be found ancient hollow of stone served for the construction of the town-walls building and several monuments of Montefiascone and of the countries in the outskirtses. The land on which it is placed made part of the Feudo of the Volpini Barons, grandfathers of the owner and named more times in several papal bulls of thanks in acknowledgment of the values expressed in the Crusades for the liberation of "Santo Sepolcro". The main structure of the old country house is constructed on the rests of ancient coves inhabited from the Middle Ages and over the rests of Etruscan and Roman tombs.
